11th Annual Native American Fine Art Exhibition & Sale

11th Annual Native American Fine Art and Exhibition Sale presented by the Art of the People organization. The exhibition will take place on Friday, Dec. 10 from 6 to 10 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 11 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Tuba City Boarding School Small Gym. Admission is free. Tuuvi Artwalk at Moenkopi Legacy

MOENKOPI, Ariz. - The Moenkopi Legacy Inn and Suites will be hosting the Tuuvi Artwalk on Oct. 15-16 in the Tsotsvalki conference center from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. MST. The Tuuvi Artwalk will feature some of the finest artists fron Hopi and Navajo land.

Roy Talahaftewa and Bahe Whitethorne Sr. are just two of the award winning artists that will be featured during the Artwalk.

Museum of Northern Arizona 2010 Navajo Art Market

Over 75 Navajo artists will gather at the festival—weavers, jewelers, painters, potters, basket makers—continuing the tradition of bringing their artwork to market and sharing what makes their artwork distinctive. Two days of programming will highlight top musical names from the region, a traditional dance group, and revealing talks by area experts to give visitors an inside look into the largest Indian tribe in the Southwest.
